Small Print

1. Money-Back requests will only be honored the first 30 days after the start of the project. We feel this will give the client ample time to decide whether our work is up to their standards.
2. "Same business day" will be considered until 12pm the next business day if your email arrives after 4PM EST. the previous day. "Acknowledgement" means that we will either answer your question or do the requested work within that time-frame, or if that is not possible, we will give you a realistic time-frame within which the task will be completed.
